Meditating with crystals is one of the most direct ways to work with their energy. The combination of stillness, focused attention, and the crystal's vibration creates a powerful channel for insight and healing.

Step 1 — Choose Your Crystal Intentionally

Don't just grab the nearest crystal. Spend a moment thinking about what you need: calm? Clarity? Healing? Confidence? Select the stone whose properties match your intention. When in doubt, clear quartz amplifies any intention beautifully.

Step 2 — Cleanse First

Before meditating, cleanse your crystal. A freshly cleansed crystal is most receptive.

Step 3 — Create Your Space

Find a quiet place. Dim the lights, light a candle if you like. Sit comfortably — on the floor, a cushion, or a chair. Hold the crystal in both hands or place it on the corresponding chakra.

Step 4 — Set Your Intention

Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths. State your intention clearly — silently or aloud: "I open myself to clarity and guidance" or simply "I am calm and at peace."

Step 5 — Meditate

Now simply sit. Focus on your breath. If you feel heat, tingling, or pulsing from the crystal — that is normal and welcome. Let images, feelings, or words arise without judgment. Start with 10 minutes.
